Open Positions

Assembly Tech

In the Assembly Tech role, you will be a part of an AWESOME team. Your responsibilities will be to assemble pallets and crane mats using nail guns, impact guns, drills, and other power tools, use a jig to ensure mats and pallets meet specifications, and perform quality control to ensure product meets customer requirements.

  • This is a physically demanding position in a non-climate controlled environment.
  • Assembly Tech requires the ability to lift and handle up to 80lb boards repetitively, regular use of power tools, and the ability to bend over and lay on the creeper frequently.
  • If qualified, small forklift operation to assist with moving materials and finished products.
  • This person will work in two of our locations (8 miles away), so reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required.

Truck Driver Class A CDL

We are seeking a safe, professional, and experienced driver to transport our company’s products. As a driver for Long Island Lumber, you will be provided with up-to-date and well maintained equipment, local routes ensure you are home with your family nights and on weekends. Pay based on a combination of mileage, safety record, and loads.
